Inner Womb Method
For what words have not been able to reach
Some healing does not begin with a diagnosis. It begins with a feeling — a pull toward something you cannot quite name, but that you recognise immediately as real.
You have done the work. Perhaps a great deal of it.
Therapy. Yoga. Meditation. Bodywork. You have read the books, sat with the questions, made peace with certain things and found language for others. And still — there is something. A layer that the work has circled but not quite entered. A place in your body that holds something you have not yet been able to touch.
This is where the Inner Womb Method begins.
Not at the surface. Not in the mind. In the body — specifically in the womb space, the pelvic bowl, the seat of feminine creative power and the repository of some of the deepest experiences a woman carries.
This work is not therapy. It is not Ayurveda. It is not yoga. It sits at the intersection of somatic, psychological and ancestral healing — and it goes to places that other modalities, however valuable, were not designed to reach.
What the Inner Womb Method is
The Inner Womb Method was developed by my teacher Diana Beaulieu as a multi-dimensional healing process working with the womb — physical, emotional, ancestral and energetic — as a centre of feminine creative power.
It is built on the understanding that the womb holds more than biology. It holds the imprints of our personal experiences — births, losses, intimacies, violations, griefs and joys. It holds patterns inherited from the women who came before us — the unprocessed, the unlived, the unspoken. And it holds the deeper currents of feminine power, creativity and sovereignty that many women have learned, over time, to suppress.
The Inner Womb Method creates the conditions for all of this to move — gently, safely and at a pace that is always yours to set.
This is not about fixing something broken. It is about returning to something whole.
Who this is for
The Inner Womb Method is not for a specific health condition or life stage. It is for a specific kind of readiness.
This work is for you if:
-
You have done significant personal, therapeutic or spiritual work and sense that something underneath has not yet shifted
-
You carry grief, trauma or emotional weight that does not fully belong to your own biography — patterns that feel older than you, heavier than your own story explains
-
You feel a disconnection from your womb, your pelvis or your body's feminine centre — a numbness, a tension, an absence where there should be aliveness
-
You have experienced pregnancy loss, birth trauma, sexual trauma or any experience that lives in the body rather than in the memory
-
You feel a pull toward your own feminine depth that you cannot fully articulate but cannot ignore
-
You are navigating a significant life transition — and sense that the work goes deeper than the practical or the psychological
You do not need to have a diagnosis. You do not need to understand exactly what you are carrying. You simply need to be willing to be present with what is there.
What a session looks like
Every session begins with a conversation — a gentle intake where I meet you exactly where you are on that day. There is no agenda beyond what is true for you in this moment.
From there we enter the work together — through a combination of guided somatic awareness, breath, visualisation and specific Inner Womb Method processes that invite the body to speak and release in its own language.
You will not be pushed. You will not be led somewhere you are not ready to go. The pace is always yours.
Sessions are held online — from the safety and privacy of your own space. This is not incidental. The familiarity of your own environment is part of the container for this work.
A session is approximately 90 minutes. Afterwards I recommend time for rest and integration — the work often continues to move for hours or days after a session ends. Some women keep a journal during the program. Some simply allow themselves to notice.
Between sessions, WhatsApp contact is available for anything that arises and cannot wait.
What this is not
Clarity matters here — because the Inner Womb Method is a distinct and specific body of work.
This is not therapy — although it works with emotional material and is deeply psychologically informed. If you are in acute mental health crisis, please seek professional therapeutic support first.
This is not Ayurveda — although I am also an Ayurvedic practitioner and the two traditions share a deep understanding of the body's subtle dimensions. They are different bodies of work serving different needs.
This is not a quick fix — the work moves at the pace of your body, not the pace of your impatience. Some women experience immediate and profound shifts. For others the work is slower, more gradual and no less real.
This is not only for women who have experienced trauma — although it is deeply supportive for trauma. Many women come to this work simply because they sense a layer of themselves they have not yet met.
My training and background
I am a certified Inner Womb Method practitioner, trained directly with Diana Beaulieu — the founder of the method.
I came to this work after years of clinical practice in Ayurveda and birth doula work — years of sitting with women in their most vulnerable transitions and recognising that some of what they carried could not be addressed through clinical means alone. The Inner Womb Method gave me the tools to go to the layer that had always been present in the room but that other modalities could not quite reach.
I bring to this work my background in psychology, my training in somatic and trauma-informed practice and a decade of experience sitting with women in the most intimate moments of their lives.
Sessions are held online, in English and Italian.

The Inner Womb Method and Ayurveda — how they relate
I am both an Ayurvedic practitioner and an Inner Womb Method practitioner. These are distinct bodies of work — they are not interchangeable and one does not replace the other.
Ayurveda works with the physical body — constitution, digestion, nourishment, hormonal balance, the daily and seasonal rhythms that sustain health. It is clinical, structured and grounded in a five-thousand-year medical tradition.
The Inner Womb Method works with what lives beneath the physical — the emotional and ancestral imprints held in the womb space, the patterns that persist beyond what clinical work can address, the deeper dimensions of feminine embodiment and power.
For some women, the two naturally complement each other — Ayurvedic support for the body's physical rebalancing, Inner Womb work for the deeper layer. For others, one is clearly the right place to begin. The alignment call is the right place to explore which is true for you. [Explore Ayurveda for Women →]
A note for Women's Health Rebalancing Program participants
Module 5 of the Women's Health Rebalancing Program — Ancestral Patterns and the Womb — offers a gentle introduction to the territory that the Inner Womb Method works within.
For women who feel called to go further after completing the program, Inner Womb Method sessions offer the natural next layer — going deeper than the workbook module can take you, in a dedicated 1:1 container with the full depth of the method.
If you are currently in the program and feel this pull — bring it to our next session. We will know together whether the timing is right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have experienced trauma to benefit from this work? No. Many women come to the Inner Womb Method simply because they sense a layer of themselves they have not yet met — a pull toward their own depth that has nothing to do with a specific traumatic experience. The work meets you wherever you are.
Is this safe if I have a history of trauma? The Inner Womb Method is trauma-informed and works gently — always at a pace you set. If you have a history of significant trauma, you will have the space to share as you fill in the intake form so I can ensure the container is appropriate for you. If you are currently in acute distress or crisis, I would recommend working with a therapist alongside or before beginning this work.
How many sessions do I need? There is no fixed answer. Some women come for a single session and find it complete. Most work in a series of 4–6 sessions. Some continue more extensively over time. We discuss what feels right after the first session — and revisit as the work unfolds.
Can I do Inner Womb Method sessions alongside Ayurvedic support? Yes — many women work with both simultaneously or sequentially. They are distinct bodies of work and complement each other well for women who feel called to both.
Is this available if I am pregnant or postpartum? Please mention pregnancy or recent birth in the alignment call. Some Inner Womb processes are adjusted or not recommended during certain stages of pregnancy. Postpartum — particularly after a difficult birth — can be a powerful time for this work, and we discuss appropriateness together.
What if I do not know what I am looking for? That is one of the most common ways women arrive at this work. You do not need to know what you are carrying or what you hope will shift. You simply need a willingness to be present. The work has its own intelligence.
Is this available in Dutch? Sessions are held in English or Italian. I do not currently offer sessions in Dutch.
